This Marie Sharp’s Berry Habanero Hot Sauce is super sweet & fruity in flavor, with a subtle heat from Habanero. You could almost call it a cross between jam and hot sauce. Garlic and coriander provide a slight savory edge, but it’s really the fruit that dominates. Despite what you might initially think, it’s actually very versatile, as you can simply use it on cheese, on a peanut butter sandwich, with barbecue spare ribs, in a delicious winter dish, and the list goes on. Deze hot sauce had wel flink wat pittiger mogen zijn. Ook is ie wat te zoet. Maar mix deze met een neutrale veel hetere saus, zoals de Marie Sharp’s Beware of de Red Hornet Scorpion hot sauce en je krijgt een erg lekker saus.

Sweet and flavorful. The berries are very pronounced. This sauce is very close to being a jam. Maybe could use a bit more kick, but otherwise great paring with roasted meat, especially in the winter.
