This Maitre Delice hot sauce with peach and rosemary is a delicious (summery) hot sauce of French origin. Thanks to the presence of peach, apple cider vinegar and Madame Jeanette, the sauce is initially beautifully fruity, sweet and fresh. Onion, garlic and rosemary provide a savory background, which brings this hot sauce into really nice balance. Super tasty with duck, chicken, a cheese board or a fresh (rice) salad. Our absolute favorite combo: a burrata salad with grilled peach and this hot sauce. Chef’s kiss.

Meh! A weak sauce considering both flavour and heat potency. Doesn’t add much and almost goes unnoticed. Won’t buy it again.
