Diese Marie Sharp’s Mango Habanero Hot Sauce ist wirklich eine Mango-Bombe. Satte 88,5 % der Zutaten sind Mango, was sie zu einer köstlich süßen und leicht sauren Sauce macht. Mit knapp 5 % gelber Habanero spürt man die Schärfe nur ein wenig, so dass es sich um eine eher milde Sauce handelt. Das macht sie aber nicht weniger köstlich, denn mit Zwiebeln und Knoblauch als Abrundung eignet sich diese Sauce zum Beispiel perfekt für Huhn und Fisch, aber natürlich auch für asiatische Gerichte wie Sushi.

Nice, but not as good as other sauces from that same brand. I like it on chicken or fish but the mango-taste is strong so it doesn´t go with every kind of food. The heatlevel is very low but it´s not a bad sauce by all means if you find the right food to complement it with.
