Home Made Spicy Mac & Cheese

Here in the Netherlands we are quite familiar with macaroni, but mac & cheese is not really a thing here. Of course we know it mainly from the American kitchen, but we were still very curious. In addition, it is super simple to make, contains a lot of cheese and that it is a very suitable dish to mix hot sauce through. In any case, we understand why this is such a beloved comfort food in the US!
