Wild Sauce Co Oui, Madame Hot Sauce is fresh, fruity, sweet and medium hot. This Madame Jeanette sauce is one without a lot of bells and whistles \u2014 it puts the pepper right in the spotlight. The Surinamese Madame Jeanette, with its signature fruity flavour, was fermented for 2 months and then finished with red onion, garlic, apple cider vinegar and salt. That’s it. Less is more, because while there aren’t many ingredients used, every single one is top quality (and mostly organic). Do keep in mind that this is quite a liquid sauce.
