Storage advice: Do not store Hot Honey refrigerated (below 15 degrees), as it will crystallize. This is not a sign of poor quality, but rather a characteristic of real, natural honey. If your honey accidentally crystallizes, you can make it liquid again by heating (up to a maximum of 45 degrees). How? Place the jar without the lid in a pan with lukewarm water. The water does not need to boil. This gentle heating gradually makes the honey liquid again.
