For years, we&#8217;ve been watching Anthony Bourdain, Action Bronson, Matty Matheson, and other legends who have their own food shows. Their passion for food jumps off the screen and inspired us to create our own food show someday. Of course, with our own twist. With our own sauce poured over it. Hot sauce, naturally. That&#8217;s how The Foodshow by Heatsupply was born, and we&#8217;re starting in a big way!<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Foodshow by Heatsupply &#8211; La Pimenterie, Montreal<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Together with Per de Man, the chef known from 24Kitchen and someone with an equally great love for food shows, we traveled a whopping 5,493 kilometers to fantastic Montreal in Quebec, Canada. That&#8217;s where one of Canada&#8217;s best hot sauce makers is located: La Pimenterie. A brand from which we&#8217;ve been importing many flavors for years now, each one better than the last. That&#8217;s where our food show journey begins. Owner Julien, a crazy hot sauce wizard, shows us his facilities and lets us taste his most ingenious, crazy, and yet-to-be-released hot sauces. This is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.heatsupply.nl\/en\/product\/heatsupply-x-la-pimenterie-bourbon-barrel-aged-hot-sauce\/\"><strong>Heatsupply x La Pimenterie Bourbon Barrel Aged Hot Sauce<\/strong><\/a>, called The 27 Club. This collab came about partly by coincidence, because it was only after tasting the sauce and after the trip to Montreal that that we decided to release this insane hot sauce as a collaboration. We didn&#8217;t have to think long about that, because this is really a very special one!
