You might have experienced crystallization with regular honey before. Luckily you can easily solve this.<\/p>\n

Storage advice hot honey<\/h2>\n

Actually, the storage advice for hot honey isn’t much different from regular honey. It’s best to store it in a dark place at room temperature. Don’t store it chilled (below 15 degrees Celsius), as it will crystallize. This isn’t a sign of poor quality, but rather a characteristic of real, natural honey. If your honey does accidentally crystallize, you can make it liquid again by heating it (up to a maximum of 45 degrees Celsius).<\/p>\n
