All-time fav hot sauce: Queen Majesty Red Habanero & Black Coffee

Chorrito Habanero, Mango & Turmeric – Chorrito has been abscent for a while because of the Brexit, but we finally got it back into the EU. We immediately decided to stock up a few extra flavors and the Habanero, Mango & Turmeric sauce is one of my favorites at the moment. Mainly because of its summery flavor. Not super hot, but refreshing and deliciously fruity with yellow Habanero, sweet mangoes, turmeric and a bit of mustard. A barbecue must have (especially with chicken), but also really good on a summer style salad.

Poirier’s Louisiana Style – The collaborative sauce between Canadian brand Heartbeat and Louisiana grown UFC fighter Dustin Poirier is the ultimate Cajun style hot sauce. A sour kick from the vinegar, Cayenne peppers, celery and garlic, all ingredients that are typical for Louisiana/Cajun style hot sauces and they are all present in the best way. It makes this sauce super versatile and that’s why it’s the hot sauce I use most at the moment. From tuna salads to Nashville Hot Chicken, this will take it to the next level.

Shaquanda’s Oooohmami – Hellfire Devil’s Blend – Brand new on our webstore and immediately one of my favorites. Compliments to Shaquanda! Unique ingredients like black garlic, blackberries, blueberries, balsamic vinegar and Habanero create an amazing flavor with a decent kick from the Habanero. This stuff is absolutely incredible on red meats like steak. You can also mix it in with your burger patty for a next level burger. Especially when it’s combined with mushrooms. Yum!

All-time fav sauce: Queen Majesty Scotch Bonnet & Ginger.

Karma Cosmic Dumpling hot sauce – You can always be sure of Karma sauces that the taste will not disappoint. That also applies to this Cosmic Dumpling hot sauce. As the name suggests, this sauce is perfect for dumplings. It has quite some sweetness from honey and brown sugar, but the depth and spice is mainly created by red jalapeños, tamari, rice wine vinegar, orange, Mexican coriander and other goodness. In short, this is a perfect Korean-style hot sauce for dumplings, wings and ribs. Karma-quality for a very nice price.

Queen Majesty Scotch Bonnet & GingerThis choice may not be very original, because this is my favorite hot sauce of all time, but I have put it in my staff picks anyway. Why? Because recently I accidentally discovered a new application: sushi. I know that it may not be allowed according to the Sushi etiquette, but especially with rolls containing mango this is a real winner. The acidity of the vinegar, the fruity kick of the Scotch Bonnet and ginger go very well with this type of sushi.

El Jefe Madame PiñaThe ingredient list of this sauce already reveals how pure this sauce is. Madame Jeanette puree, brine, pineapple, ginger and a little xanthan gum to perfect the consistency. Nice and summery because of the fresh heat of the Madame Jeanette peppers and fruity because of pineapple and ginger. Simply delicious on a piece of chicken or grilled fish.

All-time favo hot sauceMy hot sauce addiction started with Marie Sharp’s Mild Habanero Pepper Sauce.

Lucky Dog Pink Label – This is a heavily underestimated sauce if you ask me. Actually, this is my favorite hot sauce of the moment. I can’t think of anything that I wouldn’t like this sauce on.. It’s a special ‘apple wood smoked’ flavor bomb with pear, date and a healthy dose of garlic. The smell of this sauce is “to die for” as far as I’m concerned. Really need it in my fridge.

Heartbeat Pineapple – A sauce that has been one of the best selling Heatsupply sauces for more than a year. Skeptical as I was, “because how can a pineapple sauce be so popular?” I decided to give it a go. And yes, I was immediately hooked. The sauce smells good, but the fruity yet savory taste is even better. This now has a permanent place in the fridge and is used for breakfast (cracker with cheese), lunch (toast with humus) and dinner, whatever you can think of.. In short, a super sauce! Something that can also be said about the beautiful simplistic design of the Heartbeat bottles. I always find it a joy to pick a Heartbeat pack.

Raijmakers Heetmakers Heat Enhancer – I am in love with the smokey taste of this sauce. This is pretty spicy for me already, but the sweetness that this hot sauce also has makes you forget a bit how spicy it actually is. There’s a reason that the Heat Enhancer won ‘best hot sauce’ at the German Chili Awards 2019. As far as I’m concerned, this is one of the tastiest smokey sauces from our range and together with the other three Raijmakers Heetmakers flavours, this brand delivers the the most beautifully designed packaging. Really beautiful to look at.
