This new White Whale hot sauce is a collaboration with spicy honey maker Sweet Heat and kombucha manufacturer Batu. The result is this limited edition La Abeja Valiente (which means ‘the brave bee’)! Fermented Aji Amarillo peppers set the tone, followed by pear and ginger. The Batu kombucha provides a refreshing effect, while the Sweat Heat Hot Honey brings it all together with a sweet touch. Delicious with your favorite rice dishes, curries and seafood.
