This Temperus Demeter Hot Sauce is a Portuguese sauce without too many bells and whistles. This sauce has no more than 4 ingredients, but apparently those ingredients fit together perfectly, because the result is a delicious pineapple hot sauce. In addition to pineapple, it contains red Habaneros, vinegar and gochujang. So expect a nice fruity hot sauce with a sweet & sour character from the pineapple and vinegar, topped off with a hint of umami from the gochujang. Delicious with curries, chicken and seafood!
