SWET ‘Pears For Tears’ Pears & Habanero Hot Sauce

This SWET Pears for Tears Hot Sauce, handmade in Belgium in microbatches, is a special hot sauce. We don’t often see pears in the lead role in hot sauces. Ugly pears to be precise, because these pears come from local growers who cannot be sold as ‘first class’ pears due to external defects. Fortunately, we don’t taste that, because combined with Belgian red onions, fresh garlic, and Habaneros grown in Brussels, this is a unique and very tasty hot sauce. A sweet and sour combination of pears, the apple cider vinegar and lemon with a savory edge to top it off. A well balanced sauce that goes great with mash potatoes, sauerkraut, vegetables, basically all the good dishes your grandmother would make.
