The combination of sweet and heat (coming from Madame Jeanette and red peppers) is amazing, without it getting too hot though. This makes it an incredibly versatile condiment that you could easily swap for your regular honey. Especially on pizza and fried chicken (combined with a waffle for the perfect combo) it’s a perfect pairing.
