This Sinai Gourmet Habanero Maple Hot Sauce is the hottest of the Canadian brand and builds on what Sinai is known for: few ingredients, but all of the best quality. You can really taste that and thanks to the fresh Habanero there is also a nice & soothing burn. This pepper also provides some fruitiness to the sauce. They also use real maple syrup from Québec (Canada) that provides a sweet touch, fresh herbs and fresh garlic for a fresh & savoury flavour. Perfect for your favourite Mexican dishes, carne asada, salads, sandwiches and so on. By the way, this sauce is made without vinegar. Olive oil is used instead and that creates an almost creamy consistency.
