La Sarita The Yellow Hot Sauce is a delicious tropical sauce of Peruvian origin. The national chili (Aji pepper) is used as the main ingredient and it is mainly the pineapple and mango that provide the tropical vibe and create a sweet flavour. Sweet pepper and agave enhance this, but there are also slightly savoury and acidic accents. Ginger adds some depth and black pepper makes it a bit savoury. A super tasty hot sauce with curries and chicken!
