This Hotter Than El Scorpion’s Sting Hot Sauce may have both Trinidad Scorpion peppers and Ghost Peppers as ingredients, but in terms of heat this sauce is not that crazy. The flavor is much more intense! The main ingredient is tomato, which creates a kind of salsa-like base that gets an extra savory touch with ingredients such as garlic, red Thai curry powder, allspice and cumin. It also makes this hot sauce fairly versatile, but we love to put it on a taco or wrap with chicken, for example.
