You may remember this Hotter Than El Love Burns Hot Sauce from Hot Ones. In season 15 this hot sauce was on wing number 7 out of 10, so it sure is hot. That’s not really surprising when you look at the first three ingredients: 7 Pot Primo peppers, Carolina Reaper peppers and Trinidad Scorpion peppers. At the end there is even some Ghost Pepper powder in it. In between are (fortunately) some ingredients other than peppers, such as lime juice, carrot and onions. No unknown ingredients in the hot sauce world and that is why it is a very versatile sauce. At least if you can handle the heat!
