This Dr Trouble Double Oak Smoked Hot Sauce comes from Zimbabwe and has a very unique flavour. The main ingredient is lemon from the tribal lands in the Zambezi valley of Zimbabwe. Bird’s Eye & Cayenne peppers are added and then smoked twice over English oak. Besides having a tangy and smoky flavour, spices like asafoetida, ginger, garlic and fenugreek create the unique flavour. A very good and unique hot sauce for grilled meat and vegetables!
