This Dr Trouble BBQ Royale Hot Sauce is a special African barbecue style hot sauce. A blend of tomatoes and blackstrap molasses forms the basis of this hot sauce. But where does the heat come from? From roasted Red Demon peppers and that is a first on Heatsupply, because we have never seen this pepper in a hot sauce before. Because they are roasted, the sauce is slightly smoky, but the main flavours are sweet and savoury, with a tangy edge. Savoury especially because of the spices that are also used for Biltong and that gives this bbq hot sauce its unique flavour. Perfect on burgers, ribs and actually everything that comes from the barbecue.
