Die G\u00e4ste der YouTube-Show Hot Ones werden uns sofort glauben, denn es ist eine unglaublich schmerzhafte\/scharfe Sauce, die so ziemlich jeden Hot Ones-Gast fertig macht. Und das, obwohl der Scoville-Wert &#8222;nur&#8220; 135.600 betr\u00e4gt. Viel niedriger als zum Beispiel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.heatsupply.nl\/de\/produkt\/hellfire-fear-this\/\"><strong>Hellfire Fear This<\/strong><\/a> (fast 700k) und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.heatsupply.nl\/de\/?s=last+dab\"><strong>The Last Dab<\/strong><\/a> (2 Millionen+). Aber wie kann es sein, dass Da Bomb sch\u00e4rfer und schmerzhafter wirkt?<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Warum Da Bomb so scharf ist<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Der naheliegendste Grund ist, dass in Da Bomb Chili-Extrakt verarbeitet ist und dass das einfach h\u00e4rter einschl\u00e4gt. Das ist falsch, denn alle Capsaicin-Molek\u00fcle sind gleich. Der Grund, warum Da Bomb trotz des &#8222;niedrigen Scoville-Werts&#8220; so scharf ist, ist, dass Da Bomb tats\u00e4chlich 135.000 Scoville Heat Units erreicht. Die anderen Saucen behaupten, sch\u00e4rfer zu sein, aber das stimmt nicht. Das werden wir kurz mit Hilfe des Reddit-Nutzers hamstringstring erkl\u00e4ren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Scoville-Werte, die so ziemlich jeder (auch Hot Ones) verwendet, basieren auf dem Trockengewicht der Chilis, was nicht ganz fair ist, denn die meisten Chilis bestehen zu 85% aus Wasser. Der Scoville-Wert wird also eigentlich mal 10 genommen. Nehmen wir zum Beispiel den Carolina Reaper. Der ehemalige Sch\u00e4rfste erreicht etwa 2,2 Millionen SHU, w\u00e4hrend der frische Scoville-Wert eigentlich nur 2,2 Millionen x 0,15 (15%) = 330.000 w\u00e4re. Diese Chilis werden in der Sauce dann auch noch mit einer Menge anderer Zutaten kombiniert, und so kommt man auf einen viel niedrigeren Scoville-Wert und sie f\u00fchlen sich auch viel weniger scharf an.
