When ordered on working days before 16.00h, you will get next day delivery. This only goes for orders that will be shipped to The Netherlands or Belgium. Shipping to other countries in the EU may vary from 2 to 7 working days, depending on the distance. Every order comes with a Track&Trace number. Check your email box for that, sometimes our emails can even end up in your SPAM. If you need more information about shipping, just ask us.

Rest of Europe normally takes 5 workings days or more.
The shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you fill in your address during the checkout. For The Netherlands this is €5,95 and free when ordering above €100. For Belgium this is €7,95 and also free when ordering above €100.
For international orders, the shipping costs will be calculated in the checkout. For most European countries you will get the availability to choose free shipment for orders above €150. For some countries in Europe and all countries outside Europe this goes for orders above €200.

Heatsupply supplies different payment methods. You can use iDeal, Bancontact/MisterCash, Paypal, credit card, etc.
Not entirely satisfied with your product(s)? That’s a shame. You can return products up until 14 days after receiving the package. The products have to be unopened and undamaged. Please add the return form to the package and make sure the products are well protected.
